A buckler is essentially a small shield about the size of a dinner plate. It is often used by swordsmen for defense. This training version from Cold Steel is made of hard material and has a strong, stable hump to protect the hand. The robust handle will withstand some tough training sessions.

Eye protection and appropriate equipment should always be worn during training. This buckler is not suitable for training with metal weapons.
