Has my order been accepted?

You will receive an order confirmation from us immediately after placing your order. When your order is dispatched, you will also receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number so that you can always check the current status of your shipment.

How long are the delivery times?

The delivery time within Germany is approx. 1-3 working days, (for payment method "prepayment": from receipt of payment), to other EU countries 1-2 days longer, to Switzerland 2-3 days longer.

For bulky items, the delivery time increases depending on the country of dispatch: within Germany by 1-3 working days, outside Germany up to two weeks.

The stated delivery times only apply to items in stock. Whether an item is in stock is shown on the item page. If you would like a partial delivery/advance delivery of available items, please contact us.

How can I order if I am rarely at home?

You have the option of specifying an alternative delivery address. We will then send your order to your workplace, friends or relatives, for example.

Who will bring me the goods?

We ship with DHL.

How do I return items?

You can exchange or return unused goods within 30 days . During the Christmas period - starting with our "Black Week" in November" - we extend the deadline until January 17.
