Maureen: Produit de bonne qualité, expédition rapide, emballage soigné, mais livraison catastrophique ! Première tentative de livraison à mon domicile : le livreur n'est jamais venu... Deuxième tentative de livraison à un point relais : pas de livraison... J'appelle le service clients de DPD, on m'indique un retrait en agence le lendemain, et là surprise le livreur vient enfin me livrer à domicile ! Du grand n'importe quoi. C'est dommage car c'est le seul point négatif. Il faudrait peut-être penser à changer de société de livraison car je ne suis pas la seule à avoir eu des problèmes avec DPD.
