Horn mug with Celtic motifs

This horn mug is adorned with the motif of the Vegvisir symbol, which is located in a tree of life.

"In Norse mythology, the world ash tree Yggdrasil encompasses all nine worlds and is home to many inhabitants such as the squirrel Ratatöskr or the dragon Nidhöggr".

The engraved Vegvisir symbol is also known as a runic compass and is considered a symbol of protection and good luck. In an Icelandic script it says:

"If that symbol is carried, the wearer shall not be lost in storm or wind, even if the path ahead is unknown".

Please note that horns are natural products and no two horns are the same! Differences in shape and color are therefore unavoidable. The sizes are not exact, but only approximate. All illustrations are examples only!
