Delivery time for items in stock

The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days (to other EU countries 1-2 working days longer, to Switzerland 2-3 working days longer).

Items with a bulky goods note require an additional 3-5 working days.

This applies to orders for items that are in stock (marked with a green symbol in the store).

Delivery time for non-stock items

As there are still delivery problems with some manufacturers, we cannot say for sure when an item that is not in stock will arrive.

Some items have an estimated delivery date in the store, which is the date on which we expect delivery from the manufacturer. We usually only know whether the specific item is actually included in the delivery when we unpack it.

Items that are not in stock are marked orange or red in the store.

Delivery time for orders with in-stock and out-of-stock items

As standard, we send all items in one package - i.e. only when all items are in stock.

If you need items from your order that are available immediately, we will be happy to send them to you in advance - just let us know!
